ICG is an indigenous owned and operated civil construction, rail and plant hire business operating in Victoria and South Australia. We specialise in labour hire and recruitment services in the construction industry. We have a passion for the development and upskilling of the indigenous people.

Labour hire includes labourers, plant operators, qualified trades, tunnelling operators, pipelayers, grouters, pre-cast workers, project managers.

ICS is our dedicated plant hire company providing plant and personnel to support civil infrastructure projects, not only for ICG projects but also to our clients to support their projects. We have extensive plant and equipment to hire.

Specialised equipment includes excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, integrated tool carriers, backhoes, dump trucks, water carts, graders, long reach excavators, articulated robotic concrete spray machines.
